Economy and PovertyAbstract: The contention of remittance has emerged since 2000 because of its dubious contribution. On the one hand, it is reducing poverty and maintaining balance of payment without much domestic efforts in Nepal; on the other hand, it is pushing up inequality and informal economy as well as increasing the threat of Dutch-disease effects. Theoretically, remittance impact to the national economy is still immature to ensure because of its dynamic nature and data collection problem. The arguing point has developed from the research questions whether remittance-policy of productive use as well as quality migrant labor is influential to economic growth of Nepal. Workers’ remittance inflow has a positive impact to increase in GDP even though there is a comparatively weak effect seen in economic growth of Nepal, econometrics analysis point out to some extent. Moreover, this study also finds that using remittance fund for the productive sector and managing quality emigrant’s participation which has indeed influential causal relations putting positive impacts in increasing economic growth through quality remittances income. However, domestic environment like insecurity and land-locked geopolitics and policy factors are crucial to using remittance fund for long term economic growth. The bright side of remittances depends on revival of economy by using physical, human and social capital to mitigate its negative impact on the economy. Finance and strategic planningAbstract: The renovation of the sugar industry of Myanmar requires new forms of production between cultivators and millers to enhance the efficiency and profitability of the market position. Various co-ordination processes are used by processing firms to control the quantity and quality of their raw material. In the sugar industry, there is a gradual fall down in the manufacturing process due to the lack of labor skills and high operation cost in the sugar market. In recent years, large modern sugar factories operated by private and military companies have gradually shut down due to the current shortage of quality cultivation, technological advancement and competition for raw materials which have become driving forces that shift sugar trading from market-oriented to raw material-oriented locations. Internal competition among sugar traders made sugar price highly volatile, too. Being placed on a level playing field, the whole industry should be upgraded in terms of price and quality to become export-oriented.
Besides, there is a great demand for new technologies to replace the current machines in order to produce quality sugar in the both local and export market. Therefore, the government needs to subsidize financially to local own sugar mills in order to operate it more efficiently in market competitive position with neighboring export countries. In addition, the government sector and sugar millers should work hands in handsto expand cane plantation and produce more fields that supply sugar mills through systematic plantation methods.
Thus, the certain amount of sugar production must meet the local consumption in near future, or else the import sugar will play a big role in the sugar economy sector in Myanmar. As a result, the local sugar exporters and companies need to seek better ways and find solution to sustain sugar business through the renovation of sugar market to develop SMEs in Mandalay.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27844 SIU IS.
As a result, the local sugar exporters and companies need to seek better ways and find solution to sustain sugar business through the renovation of sugar market to develop SMEs in Mandalay.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27844 Hold

This has led to the situation in which political parties and their individual leaders tended to replicate the existing models by becoming partician and generally opaque in their attempts to attract voters and indeed in their subsequent behavior However, new communication techniques pioneered by successful Clinton and Blair campaigns, have convinced at least some Thai politicians that they should follow the same path and aim to make direct connections with voters not just through personal relationships but also through the creation of policies that prople might genuinely support. This thesis uses a mostly quantitative research approach to explore these issues. It focuses on a questionnaire survey of more than 400 respondents in for distinct areas of Thailand of voters who took part in the 2007 general election. the four regions concerned were Bangkok Chiang Mai Khon Kaen and Phuket. This analysis was supplemented by qualitative interviewing and critical discourse analysis in addition to the collation and analysis of secondary data. Results indicate that the role of ideology-as opposed to personal connections and relationships is becoming more influential in determining voting intentions and that political communications is playing a role in this both in terms of the range of individual media involved and the importance of individual media Implications and recommendations are drawn from this analysis. Micro-Finance InstitutionsAbstract: The study has been done in the rural areas of the Janakpur as case study of the short term migration, livestock as an income generating activities and MFIs as a microloan provider in a socio-economic perspective. The study was done to compare the socio-economic situation with the short term migrant and non-migrant, MFIs borrowers and non-borrowers, perspective of rearing livestock in poor rural area in Janakpur. It is found that most of the family or at least the one or more family members have migrated in search of job out of the village either in nearby town, city and boarder area with India and the income through migrating is the dependable source of their livelihood, paying back the debt they obeyed. There is little or none change has been seen in the migrants’ households as they spent most of their earning on the consumption purposes, payback debt, on medical expenses, building houses. Few of them have invested their saving on income generating activities: the cash crops, livestock and small scale of instant cash businesses. It can be seen that livestock is a common asset amongst households across all expenditure. The majority of households, therefore, have some motives to keep livestock, either as a risk-coping or income-enhancing strategy. Poorer households are more likely to keep small ruminants than richer ones who are more likely to keep large ruminants. Well-off is using livestock as the consumption and income enhancing purposes whereas the poor households see it as an income generating or the exchange mode of money in immediate need. It was seen that the most of the clients housing quality and household has been increased and they are having a good condition home that can save them with seasonal disaster in comparison to non-clients. Knowledge TransferAbstract: Based on the people-oriented philosophy of Marxism, this dissertation discusses the cultivation of outstanding national innovative talents under the background of the B&R and the guidance of the Development program of China's Education Modernization 2035 from the perspective of virtue, and talent cultivation in universities. It focuses on cultivating innovative talents with good ideological and political accomplishment as a concrete aspect of the task of moral education in universities. This research reflected the effectiveness of the synergy educational model of ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education on students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability in universities and colleges. This paper mainly analyzes the synergy education model of the two kinds of education by relying on the “one body two wings interaction” teaching model, and thinks and explores the overall system construction of the mediating effect of knowledge transfer between the synergy education model and innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
In order to ensure the rigor and scientific of the research, this paper uses a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The qualitative research in this study mainly adopts literature research method, semi-structured in-depth interview method, multidisciplinary research method, core concept structure method and comparative analysis method. Among them, the semi-structured in-depth interview method not only selects 20 experts, scholars and personnel of enterprises and institutions in related fields, but also selects 17 students as interview objects. In addition, the quantitative study adopted the method of online questionnaire survey, with a total population of 850,000 and a sample size of 400. Questionnaires (1531) were actually collected and 1493 were effective. The effective rate of the questionnaire was 97.5%.
Based on the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative research, on the one hand, it proved that demographic variables (except the only child) have partial or all significant influence on innovation and entrepreneurship ability (students). On the other hand, the empirical study shows that each dimension of synergy education and knowledge transfer has a significant positive impact on the three sub-dimensions of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability. First of all, it is concluded that the synergy education model has a positive promotion effect on students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and summarizes the resource coordination and characteristic complementarity of the two wings. Secondly, the effective mediating role of knowledge transfer in synergy education is analyzed. Finally, based on the “one body, two wings interaction” teaching model, the researchers creatively developed a scale for measuring synergy education. That is to say, “one body” is moral cultivation (two criteria: feedback evaluation, value guidance), the two wings are education resources (two kinds of resources: platform utilization, dominant utility), characteristics of synergy (three characteristics: conditional, feasibility, motivative).
Four types of inadequacy in the process of synergy education are summarized, that is, attaching more importance to theoretical teaching than practical teaching; Emphasizing the universality of education and neglecting its particularity; Pay more attention to imparting knowledge than improving literacy; Focus on goal setting over factor integration. In addition, the corresponding solutions are also proposed. The feasible suggestions are put forward for the participants in the education of colleges, teachers and students respectively. Aiming at solving the problems in the above research and analysis from the dialectical logic aspects of "virtual and real", "thinking and practice", "internal and external" and "measurement and evaluation". Finally, it helps colleges and universities in Shanxi Province to play the role of advantages.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28472 SIU Thesis.
