Women entrepreneurAbstract: The study examines the factors influencing access to microfinance loans for women entrepreneurs. Size of loan is selected as dependent variable whereas interest rate and collateral requirement as independent variable. The data were collected from the women entrepreneur who has taken loan from Micro Finance Institutions of Dakshinkali area of Kathmandu District. The correlation analysis, regression model, ANOVA and descriptive statistics are used for the analysis purpose of this study.
This research paper attempts to find that if interest rate charged and collateral requirement affect the women entrepreneurs to borrow loan from Microfinance institutions.
The study consists of 120 respondents from Dakshinkali area, who has taken loan from these 3 MFIs namely Nirdhan Uthan Development Bank, Swabalamban Laghubitta Bikash Bank and Chhimek Laghubitta Bikas Bank. People from almost every income class are now making use of various kinds of spa treatments, and some of the treatments that are used today include massage, aromatherapy, facials, body treatment, hot or cold stone therapy, reflexology, yoga and other services. The spa industry is a new and growing phenomenon showing a clear increase during the last decades. This study focuses on the spa goers age between 25 to 50 years old women who live in Mandalay region. There is growing evidence that current trends in employment conditions may be eroding levels of job satisfaction and directly damaging the physical and mental health of employees. The radical changes in the world of business, for example, globalization, information technology, world business competition, and shortage of natural resources have changed employee’s outlook of how a decent organization is characterized. The research problem for this project is to study various factors affecting the work life balance and satisfaction among the working women in banking sector. Today the engagement of women in service sector like banks has been getting higher to know the satisfaction level provided by Banking Sector. It will help to gauze the working women mind and understand their professional as well as personal life schedule and other related aspects. The work life balances of women are influenced by various factors.
This research includes 116 respondents where responses were collected from online method. Among the 116 respondents participated in this study, all were female. The data are analyzed using the statistical tools and various hypotheses are tested in order to determine their significance. The analyses of data are performed with the help of descriptive analysis. The younger generation of today will be the leader of tomorrow. They become drug addicts and millions of younger generation are dying meaninglessly. Our duty is to save those dying generation by given duty to ourselves without blaming to any person, but cooperated with concerned people in due course.
Up to this date, the technique of drug abuse method has been enforcing by the law and let the people follow according to the law and yet no one pays attention to the law. Countless of laws that are the best, the most justice and the most favorable laws that have jointly enforced by the world and UN without success. Now, there is the most appropriate law (benevolent law) is left behind to appreciate by the world without bias to any party without hoping for self-beneficial, purely stand to restore peace, justice for all mankind.

People prefer learning online because it is adaptable to their schedules and it is readily assessable. The understanding of e-learning has increased over the past few years and e-learning is now more widely accepted as an alternate educational medium. In the online learning environment, MOOCs, which stands for Massive Open Online Courses, have grown rapidly in the last 3 years in Western countries. MOOCs offer a wide variety of interesting courses. The purpose of the study is to investigate Asian learners’ intentions to enroll in English Language on MOOCs and their perspectives regarding these courses. The study was conducted at Shinawatra University and online with Asian students. The data was analyzed with SPSS (version16.0). The results show that a few Asian learners have investigated MOOCs. Moreover, most students had little knowledge regarding MOOCs. This study encourages teachers and learners to acquire more information about MOOC and to improve their needed skills by enrolling in MOOCs. Moreover, the knowledge about MOOCs is needed to be distributed in Asian countries in the near future. Performance of FirmAbstract: This research aims to create the model of entrepreneurial orientation, competitive advantage, and performance of women-owned enterprises. This research employs a quantitative and qualitative research design to meet the objectives. The study was conducted in the six districts of Gandaki Province, Nepal (Kaski, Nawalparasi East, Tanahun, Gorkha, Lamjung and, Myagdi). A stratified sample was done using 415 women-owned enterprises and in-depth interviews with 13 entrepreneurs and government officers. Data were collected via telephone interaction and e-mail.
The finding shows a positive significant effect of proactiveness, innovativeness, competitive aggressiveness on the performance of women-owned enterprises. Similarly, proactiveness, innovativeness, competitive aggressiveness, autonomy have positive significant effect on competitive advantage. Finally, competitive advantage has a significant positive effect on the performance of women-owned enterprises. This study concludes that competitive advantage mediates the relationship between proactiveness, innovativeness, competitive aggressiveness, autonomy, and performance of women-owned enterprises. The techniques to improve the performance of women-owned enterprises are awareness programs from the root level, accessing finance, avoid the fear of failure, and balancing responsibilities. The model shows that proactiveness, innovativeness, and competitive aggressiveness have the relationship with the performance of women-owned enterprises. Similarly, proactiveness, innovativeness, competitive aggressiveness, and autonomy have the relationship with a competitive advantage. Finally, the competitive advantage also has the relationship with the performance of women-owned enterprises. This study therefore aimed to explore recent trends in Asian ESP teaching and research from 2005 to 2013, with two specific purposes which aim to: 1) explore the recent trends in Asian ESP teaching; 2) explore the recent trends in Asian ESP research. The Asian ESP Journal which has been a flagship in this area was chosen for this study. This study was a content analysis. Descriptive design and statistics was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis to draw the conclusion of the study.
