Poor infrastructureAbstract: This study aimed to investigate the success patterns and problems of project success in unfavorable conditions and environment, to identify factors that provide more ability and motivation for the success of business project in such environment. Qualitative research is applied for the intention of the researcher to understand the success patterns and problems of project for private organizations in Somalia in the environmental setting.it is exploration of understanding how people interpret their experiences and the contributions they make for the success of their business projects Researcher employed interview method to collected necessary data from 52 participants from two major mobile telecommunication companies in Somalia. Content analysis method is used to analyse data and find desired results.
The findings found that success patterns of project contribute the potential success ability of the project in unstable environments confirm that top management influences and associate project success, it is indispensable the involvement of the management in the project work, the findings also revealed that the association of team, technology and leadership in the pattern success of projects.it also found that external issue or factors that disturb and moderate negative the success effectiveness pattern found, this are described in terms security thread, poor infrastructure and political instability.
