Organizational successAbstract: Motivation has always been one of the most important tools of human resource management. Organizations use various motivational policies and practices to encourage employees to perform in the most effective way to lead the organization towards success. For this reason, the present research study was carried out to identify how and up to which extend the motivational practices helps in the retaining the employees in telecom sector of Nepal, as from the past few years the telecom industry experience most threatening period regarding employee retention. The purpose of this paper is to find which motivational factor are considered to be most important and which are considered to be least important by most of the employees of telecom sector. This paper also helps in examining the significant relationship between the various factors and employee retention and why Nepalese organizations had not been able to retain their employees for longer term.
The research is quantitative in nature and totally based on the questionnaire distributed to the sample of 202 respondents of telecom sectors from Nepal Telecom, Ncell and Hello Nepal in Kathmandu as these companies are holding 70-80% market share of Nepalese Telecom Industry. Primary data was used mostly in the research and we also used secondary data from different research papers. The purposed research hypotheses were tested through various statistical analyses. Respondents were furthermore asked to rank ten determining factors on the basis of their importance. The findings indicated that good remuneration, job security and interesting job were the most important factors for most of all employees in telecom office. Interestingly, the lowest ranked factors were growth opportunities and profitability of organization. This also gives reference to the managers and HR professionals, the changing perception of employees towards the working culture.
The results provide suggestions to the organization about which determining factor plays more important and which plays less. Not always, but a telecom office can take this research paper a reference to focus on motivational practices to retain employees. Therefore, the most efficient approach to their motivation should not be based either solely on intrinsic motivators or extrinsic motivator. Strategies and implications that can help Telecom sector of Nepal in retaining their employees have also been discussed. Based on the factors that are the most important for employees; the organization can meet the challenge of attracting, motivating and retaining them. A company should always bring on new and challenging strategies and adopt it time and again to
appeal the employees and retain them. Therefore, from the research we can conclude that, in context of Nepal, people are still motivated by the remuneration and benefit the most. The working culture has drastically changed but still people need job security and financial security as their primary need. The result also reveals the significant relationship of motivational practices with employee retention. In other words, the independent variables have a direct and positive impact on dependent variable which means the enhancement of one independent variable causes the enhancement in the employee retention which is the dependent variable. However, with the changing need of workforce, people have started demanding for interesting jobs as they become monotonous doing the same work again and again, So, companies especially in telecommunication sector have to develop a better and effective strategy to motivate the employees keeping in consideration the motivational factors. However, the accuracy of the results may be influenced by biases. The study is exclusive of any intervening or moderating variables. The response from participants may be lower than expected, which may interfere with

Physical EnvironmentAbstract: The study examines the impact of customer relationship management on customer satisfaction in selected Nepalese commercial banks. Out of 28 commercial banks, 6 commercial banks are used as sample for the study. Self- administered questionnaire is distributed to 150 respondents in order to collect the data. Independent variable used in the study are service quality, behavior of employees, customer database, relationship through solving problem, physical environment, social network and dependent variable used in the study is customer satisfaction. The study focuses on Pearson correlation and regression analysis in order to analyze the data. The study reveals that service quality, employee behavior, physical environment, customer data base, social network interaction shows positive relationship with dependent variable but among all the independent variable employee behavior and social network interaction has positive significant relationship with customer satisfaction. On the other hand customer problem solving problem shows negative but insignificant relationship with customer satisfaction. The result indicates that good employee behavior leads to higher customer satisfaction. Similarly, increase in social network interaction leads to increase in customer satisfaction. Study AchievementAbstract: This descriptive research had main objective to study Leisure Time Behavior of Nursing Student in School of Nursing, Shinawatra University. Data collected from 138 nursing student from 2nd, 3rd and 4th year, who had CGPA from last semester of academic year 2015 and registration in academic year 2016, by using questionnaire.
Data analysis done owing to research objectives by using computer analysis program and using Descriptive Statistics:- Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation. Used Spearman’s Coefficient of Rank Correlation to show relationships of variations.
The results revealed that
1) The nursing students had leisure time behavior of all 4 aspects (personal time, social time, learning time and part time jobs) between moderate level to low level. The means of personal time behavior, social time behavior, learning time behavior and part time jobs are 1.42, 1.52, 1.53 and 0.99 respectively. The mean of time management behavior is 1.78
2) The correlations between some aspects of leisure time behavior :- personal time, learning time, part time jobs and CGPA were positive but not significant. The level of correlation coefficient were 0 .024, 0.009, 0.053 respectively. The Spearman’s Coefficient of Rank Correlations showed negative correlation coefficient level at - 0.005 in relationship between social time and CGPA and not significant.

AMO modelAbstract: At present, China's textile enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition, both from foreign and domestic opponent. Traditional textile companies need to constantly improve their core competitiveness. Hospital innovation depends on the staff’s new concept and the staff’s innovative behavior caused by the new concept. Nurses are an essential part of hospital human resources, and their innovative behavior reflects the hospital’s innovation level and affects the hospital’s organizational performance. At present, the discussion of nurses’ innovative behavior has become a hot issue in nursing management.
According to existing research, the factors affecting the nurse’s innovative behavior could be summarized in 4 perspectives: individual characteristics, individual psychology, work characteristics, and work environment. However, researchers only select one or two variables to carry out the study or select the different dimensions of one variable for each perspective. Especially from the perspective of the organizational environment, there are very few studies.
This study adopted a mixed research design. First, qualitative methods constructed a Chinese Hospital Workplace Fun scale. Second, 450 nurses from five public hospitals in Sichuan province, China, were investigated by quantitative method to explore the impact of organizational environment on nurses’ innovative behavior and its mechanism. The findings of this study: Organizational environment had a positive impact on nurses’ innovative behavior, and affective commitment played a mediating role between the leader-member exchange, team-member exchange, workplace fun, and nurses’ innovative behavior. Organizational innovation climate positively moderated the relationship between affective commitment and nurses’ innovation behavior.

Hospital innovation depends on the staff’s new concept and the staff’s innovative behavior caused by the new concept. Nurses are an essential part of hospital human resources, and their innovative behavior reflects the hospital’s innovation level and affects the hospital’s organizational performance. At present, the discussion of nurses’ innovative behavior has become a hot issue in nursing management.
According to existing research, the factors affecting the nurse’s innovative behavior could be summarized in 4 perspectives: individual characteristics, individual psychology, work characteristics, and work environment. However, researchers only select one or two variables to carry out the study or select the different dimensions of one variable for each perspective. Especially from the perspective of the organizational environment, there are very few studies.
This study adopted a mixed research design. First, qualitative methods constructed a Chinese Hospital Workplace Fun scale. Second, 450 nurses from five public hospitals in Sichuan province, China, were investigated by quantitative method to explore the impact of organizational environment on nurses’ innovative behavior and its mechanism. The findings of this study: Organizational environment had a positive impact on nurses’ innovative behavior, and affective commitment played a mediating role between the leader-member exchange, team-member exchange, workplace fun, and nurses’ innovative behavior. Organizational innovation climate positively moderated the relationship between affective commitment and nurses’ innovation behavior.
This study will further enrich the relevant theories of nurses’ innovative behavior. At the same time, it helps managers take adequate measures to the organizational environment of the hospital to stimulate innovative behavior of nurses.

The study used a quantitative design, data were collected through a questionnaire from the high-tech enterprises located in Henan province, China. A sample of 400 participants were studied in this research. The SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis packages were used to analyze the data. Independent T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson coefficient and multiple regression were used to test data variables and to test the hypothesis.
The results showed that: (1) There is a significant impact of coaching leadership on employee innovative behavior ( γ = 0.35, p < 0.05);. (2) There is a significant impact of psychological capital on employee innovative behavior( γ = 0.47, p < 0.05). Our findings suggest that organizations should pay attention to their coaching leadership training program, which is significant affect their employees’ innovative behavior. In addition, their employees’ psychological capital have a great impact on their innovation. Accordingly, this study, the researcher used the leadership style and Public Sector Management Quality Awards application in Royal Thai Air Force as a case study to identify level of air force leadership and PMQA success. Both quantitative and qualitative study techniques were used to collected data. There were 369 well-completed answers returned from 415 questionnaires were sent to all participants in the RTAF. Various techniques of SPSS program such as frequency, percentage and standard deviation were employed in analyzing data. The result was statistically proved that the transformational leadership of officers in all aspects at the high level. The transactional leadership was high in contingent reward while in the aspect of management-by-exception both passive and active were at middle level. Moreover laissez-faire leadership was also at middle level. At the same time, the result of the level of implementing success of Public Sector Management Quality Award in RTAF was at high level in all aspects while it was moderate level in operation result aspect. How to improve Corporate Performance is also a core issue in the field of corporate management. The research on the relationship between TMT Characteristics and Corporate Performance has long been a research hotspot in management and economic circles, but there are still differences in the existing literature on the mechanism of TMT Characteristics affecting Corporate Performance. Therefore, there is still a lot of room for research on the impact of TMT Characteristics on Corporate Performance. The personal characteristics of TMT have an important impact on the process of organizational behavior. It is necessary to give full play to the collective cognition and ability of TMT members to overcome the constraints of individual members' bounded rationality. The importance of behavior and Corporate Performance improvement process. The impact of TMT on organizational performance has been empirically tested by most scholars, but the empirical research on the mechanism of TMT's behavioral process on Corporate Performance is still in the exploratory stage.
Based on this, this paper takes Principal-agent Theory, Upper Echelon Theory, and Dynamic Capability Theory as the theoretical basis. Through the design, distribution and recovery of questionnaires, a total of 437 survey data of senior managers are collected, and a structural equation model is established to explore the influence of the mechanism of 'TMT Characteristics — TMT Behavioral Integration — Corporate Performance'.
The initial model is fitted, evaluated, and after correction, the optimal model is obtained, and the research results are analyzed in detail to draw conclusions. The main conclusions of this study are:
1) TMT Characteristics have a significant positive impact on Corporate Performance, Age, Overseas study background, Educational background, Gender all have a significant impact on Corporate Performance. The order from largest to smallest is: Age has a greater impact, Overseas study background has a moderate impact, Educational background has a moderate impact, and Gender has a moderate impact on Corporate Performance compared to the impact of Age, Overseas study background, and Educational background on Corporate Performance. minimum.
2) TMT Behavioral Integration has a significant positive effect on Corporate Performance, and Cooperative Behavior, Exchange of Information, and Joint Decision-Making all have a significant positive effect on Corporate Performance.
