Prevention and ControlAbstract: China's security market started late. The history is short. But such cases of financial fraud continue to occur. This phenomenon is not only in our country, but in the whole world. It has not found a way to truly eliminate it. These financial frauds will have an indelible impact on the security market, and it takes a long time to recover. Not only is it eroding the interests of investors. And it is not conducive to the use of social facilities. Therefore, we should strengthen the research on financial fraud, and take early prevention. We should strengthen the prevention and control of such financial fraud in our country. To promote the healthy and fair development of the security market.
This paper takes Xintai electric financial fraud as an example. First of all, it introduces its fraud cases, and then analyzes the means of its fraud, including four aspects: the reduction of accounts receivable, the preparation of less bad debts, the use of tax incentives and less material cost. After that, the two aspects of financial statements and financial indicators are also analyzed, including the changes in the assets and liabilities items, the composition, the profit table, the internal logical connection between the cash flow statement, the analysis and comparison of the operation ability and profitability of the same industry. Secondly, using the theory of fraudulent risk factors to analyze the motivation of the financial fraud of Xintai electric, we find the lack of legal awareness of the integrity of the company's internal managers. Secondly, in order to go on the market and to keep the market after the market, it is due to the performance of the company in order to protect the city. Counterfeiting is not easy to find, and the punishment is very low after being discovered. All factors combined together make Xintai electric successfully cheat. Finally, aiming at the emergence of fraud, according to the motivation of fraud, we put forward some measures, such as strengthening moral quality construction, introducing external supervisors, high reputation independent directors, implementing audit rotation system and improving illegal costs.
The Xintai electric event has an important significance in the history of the development of China's security market. The in-depth study of the Xintai electric event can play a vigilant role in other companies that have not been fraudulent. In addition, through the study of financial fraud and other behaviors, it is beneficial to the scientific development of the capital market. It is beneficial to establish effective protection mechanism for investors. It is beneficial to improve the supervision and to build a harmonious and developing economic environment.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28031 SIU IS. [LCSH]LaboratoriesKeywords: Physician satisfaction, Laboratory services, TAT, Laboratory management, Results accuracy Abstract: Physicians are primary customers of laboratory services and their perception of the provided services is considered an important measure of quality assurance. This study investigates the factors affecting the physicians’ satisfaction with clinical laboratory services of 5-7 big and medium-sized private laboratories in Mandalay, to find out the problems causing dissatisfaction in different factors and identify the areas need to improve in laboratory process. The study measured satisfaction of laboratories’ primary customer (physicians) of provided services in different aspects including the quality and reliability of the result, the efficiency of laboratory personnel, laboratory management responsiveness, phlebotomy service , turnaround time TAT and laboratory information system. Physician satisfaction paper-based survey of 5-Likert Scale, (1=very satisfied, 2=satisfied, 3=neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, 4= dissatisfied, and 5= very dissatisfied) was developed based on the CAP survey (College of American Pathologists) and related published studies. One hundred and five physicians complete the survey. The result shows that, there are significant correlations between physicians’ satisfaction with the other four independent variables (service attitude of laboratory personnel, phlebotomy service, quality and reliability of results, and efficiency of laboratory personnel). More than half of the respondents were satisfied with overall laboratory services (N=62 (59.05%). Physicians were most satisfied with lab information system (easy & clear report and reference range reported).
However, physicians were most dissatisfied with the test turnaround times (TAT) for urgent, and routine tests. Statistically significant association was mostly observed between physician satisfaction and service length. This study presented areas need to improve of laboratory services at the private laboratories in Mandalay, which mainly related to administration, communication, quality and delay in TAT. The efficiency and optimization of laboratory service need to be readdressed by the laboratory administration. Effective extra laboratory communication channels needed to be established to improve interaction between laboratory and physicians.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27609 SIU IS. SWOT analysisAbstract: In recent years, more and more negative events of infant milk powder have been exposed in Chinese media. Chinese people have serious doubts about the quality and safety of domestic milk, which seriously hinders the development process of China's dairy products. There are many problems in the business activities of dairy enterprises. When the number of products sold decreases, the inventory will be piled up, which is likely to cause the risk of cash flow chain breaking. In order to help dairy enterprises get out of the low period of development, Chinese government agencies have issued a series of supporting policies in recent years, such as the outline of the plan for rectifying and revitalizing the dairy industry, which will lead the industry to a new stage of adjustment and development. On January 9, 2017, the national dairy industry development 2016-2020 plan put forward higher requirements for the future development of dairy industry, bringing the public's attention to the dairy industry again. In order to help the management of Yili Group more clearly understand its business status, asset liability structure and profitability, this paper uses Harvard analysis framework to analyze the financial status of the enterprise from multiple dimensions. With the trend of global economic integration, enterprises are facing many unpredictable challenges and opportunities In the face of new challenges and opportunities, the biggest challenge is how to improve the senior management in the international business information as the vision of the environment, to make a rapid response to the changing market, to make judgments on the new growth of profit changes, to monitor the financial situation in real time.
On the basis of combing the current situation of foreign research in China, this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis of the financial statements of Yili Group by using the concept of Harvard analysis framework. At the level of strategic analysis, SWOT analysis is mainly used. It is found that: Yili Group has certain advantages in raw materials, strategic pattern, management and operation, and brand; it has disadvantages in fierce competition for milk resources, serious brain drain, and insufficient individualization and specialization of products; Yili Group's strategic opportunities are reflected in broad market prospects, stable external environment, emerging sales channels, and optimized product structure; strategy The threat comes from the severe market supervision, the threat of potential entrants and the substitutability of potential substitutes. At the level of accounting analysis, through the quality of accounting information, we can understand Yili Group. At the financial analysis level, through the calculation of cost profit rate, sales gross profit rate and return on net assets, the enterprise's profitability is obtained; the analysis of asset liability ratio, shareholder's equity ratio, current ratio and quick ratio shows that the enterprise's debt paying ability is weak at present but will be improved in the future; accounts receivable turnover rate, inventory turnover rate, current assets turnover rate and fixed assets The change of turnover rate shows that the operating capacity of Yili Group maintains a better level of strength; the fluctuation of each growth rate reflects that the current growth capacity of Yili Group is relatively unstable, but the prospect is broad. Through the Harvard analysis framework, it is found that Yili Group is facing severe market competition pressure, product differentiation is not prominent enough, the short-term solvency of the enterprise is weak, the growth ability is not stable, the product quality is good and bad, but the overall development of the enterprise is good and the prospect is broad.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28110 SIU IS. The data was collected for 164 households of Sitapaila VDC. As per the respondent profile, majority of the male respondents were employees while female were housewives. Likewise, majority of male respondents have at least completed their SLC while majority of female have not completed their SLC.
