It records the hstorical changes of Dezhou in its unique form. Its formation and development are closely related to the historical changes of Dezhou anf its surrounding areas since the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. Dezhou Ha-Ha quiang is a prominent representation of traditional culture and art. Its gorwth process is a process of mutual integration and communication with other folk arts, local operas, local culture and major operas. After 300 years of evolution, Dezhou ha-ha qiang has not been assimilated and declined, but condensed the common phenomenon of the development of local small operas. It has important research value in history and sociology. The use of strong local language makes Ha-Ha qiang full of regional artistic charm. The Fang tone is also linked with cultural identity. When people hear the tone of their hometown, they will feel more intimate, and then have emotional resonance. Therefore, dialect is not just a matter of language intonation, but also represents the cultural characteristics of one party in essence. It can be said that only by using dialects well and taking root in the traditional cultural soil, can the opera show its artistic charm and embody the vitality of the opera itself when developing its voice.
