School adaptation | Abstract: | This study focuses on the school adaptation and social support of migrant children, uses the method of quantitative research and divides school adaptation into three aspects: learning adaptation, relationship adaptation and behavior adaptation, and divides social support into three dimensions: government support, school support and family support. This study designed the evaluation indicators of school adaptation, self-efficacy and social support. A total of 450 questionnaires were randomly distributed to migrant children in Guangdong Province. Based on empirical research, SPSS software is used to analyze the questionnaire, and descriptive statistical analysis is used to analyze the basic background of migrant children.
Based on the literature review, this paper puts forward research hypotheses and hypothesis models. With the help of Amos software, this paper uses structural equation model analysis to explore the impact of social support on migrant children's school adaptation and the role of self-efficacy. The study found that the dimensions of social support had a direct positive effect on the dimensions of school adaptation of migrant children, and self-efficacy played a partial intermediary role in social support and school adaptation, which verified the hypothesis. Therefore, this paper reconstructs the social support system, with government support as the leader, school support as the main promoter and family support as the auxiliary. | Curricular : | BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM | Record link: | http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28461 |
