As a country with a large number of Internet users, more and more Chinese enterprises have entered the cross-border e-commerce industry. Based on the case of the representative company JD, cross-border online shopping is increasingly recognized.
This article takes Jingdong International as the main research object, and adopts literature analysis, case analysis, SWOT analysis and comparative analysis to conduct an in-depth analysis of Jingdong's operating model. Outlined the importance of cross-border e-commerce to modern society and related research theories, as well as the operating models of cross-border e-commerce companies; Through comparison of typical domestic and international cross-border e-commerce operation models such as JD, Amazon, Tmall International analysis. It has implications for the optimization and development of international e-commerce operation models.
